Angels of Hope Charitable Giving Back

Description: We are inviting volunteers, individuals and organizations for collaborations and to help with the donation drive for the upcoming 2nd AJDAOHF Charitable Giving on December 1, 2012. You can visit the sign-up form at the Facebook page. All donations will benefit the hundreds of needy children at the event.

Suggested donations: peanut butter, jam, pasta and sauce, granola bars, fruit bars, canned tuna, canned meals, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, deodorant, hygiene products, books, school supplies, clothing

When and where: December 1 at the Veteran’s Memorial Center in Davis, CA.

Donating Your Car to Yolo County SPCA
Many people don't realize that we can take old cars and turn them into money for our animals!  No, we aren't asking for you to donate your new Mercedes (unless you really want to!).  However, if you know anyone who has a clunker at home (even if it doesn't run) that they need to get rid of and get a tax write-off for, please let them know about our program!  You can go toyolospca.org to see more details on our front page or under our donation section.  

Start collecting NOW! Bring your e-waste to the Yolo SPCA Thrift Store, 920 I St, Davis CA 

Our actual E-waste event will be August 25th, but we can start collecting items now! Will be taking place behind the store and we'll be collecting everything with the exception of refrigerators, washers, and dryers. We're doing pre-collection of eWaste as well, but with any monitors and TVs, we need a name and address and weight estimate of the item. The Thrift Store will have the form if anyone wants to collect for us.
